1. Process analysis

In this session, we will conduct interviews so that we understand the current state of your technology environment, and what you want it to be in the future.

2. Salesforce configuration

Once we understand your needs and processes, we will develop specifications and an implementation strategy so that we can get the Salesforce environment ready for your Salesforce integrations.

Integrating applications with Salesforce requires more that just porting data over. Before we even think about sending data in or out, we have to prepare the environment. That could involve things like:

3. Data migration

4. Training process
