RTS Labs Moves into New Bigger Office in Richmond to Accommodate Growth
There’s nothing like it – that feeling you get when you see someone you’ve helped and supported succeed! For years now, RTS Labs has watched our clients grow and thrive. Maybe we developed software to help them to scale up operations. Maybe we built a new business intelligence app to help them manage their growth. Whichever of our services they use, we love seeing our clients achieve amazing things! And now, it’s our turn! RTS Labs is growing – and we just moved into new office space to accommodate all the growth!
RTS Labs has been growing at an accelerated pace for some time now. In 2015, we knocked down the wall between our office and the one next to us to gain a little breathing room. But we quickly outgrew that space, too. So, we set our sites on finding a new office that could accommodate our growing teams better. Now, three years after that initial expansion, the time has finally come. It took a few weeks, but we’re finally settled in, and we cannot wait to invite everyone over to check it out.
We started with more than 11,000 square feet of blank space to make our own. But what do tech people know about designing a space? Not much. We hired the amazing team at SMBW to design an open, creative, multi-use space that would inspire collaboration amongst our team. We challenged SMBW team to design our space as funky but functional. And they really came through for us. They totally exceeded our expectations!
Our office suite is not only fun and creative, it has lots of open space to accommodate multiple meeting styles with private zones for heads down work and meeting rooms for strategy sessions and client meetings. It’s simple and inspires collaboration. The space SMBW designed truly represents the culture we’ve built at RTS Labs.
We thank our incredible clients, our hardworking team and our amazing partners. We couldn’t have done without them.
We can’t wait for you to see it, which is why we’re planning an open house for clients, partners, and the community. Stay tuned and look forward to some fun!
