This company was building an ecosystem of payment tools to serve the unique needs of different industries, and need support to ensure both their customers and internal teams were able to seamlessly connect and measure the use of their capabilities.
RTS built several applications for this customer including:

- Configurable metrics dashboard for customers to track usage, availability, using internal and external data
- An alerting system to automate notifications and escalation processes
- An internal administration tool to set up alerts for the notifications
- Status boards for customers to track the availability of payment applications and services and to allow the company to communicate issues to customers
