How is Lumynate AI™ different from AI consulting we've done before?
Most AI consulting ends with a roadmap and recommendations. Lumynate AI™ ends with working software in production. The methodology is structured around a hard rule: every phase ends with a tangible deliverable, not a presentation. We also build guardrails into Phase II — not as an afterthought — which is where most prior engagements leave organizations exposed.
Our data is messy. Can we still start?
Yes — and you’re not alone. Phase I includes an honest data readiness assessment. We often find that clients have more usable data than they think, or we identify the specific data gaps that need to be closed before a build makes sense. In some cases, we recommend starting with a data quality workstream before Phase III. We’d rather tell you that upfront than discover it mid-sprint.
What does an Lumynate AI™ engagement typically cost?
Phase I (Assess) starts at $12,500 and runs 2–4 weeks. Phase II (Architect) is typically $15,000–$25,000. Phase III (Activate) ranges from $75,000–$250,000+ depending on scope, integrations, and build complexity. Most clients engage us for all four phases — and most first-time clients start with a Phase I so both sides can assess fit before committing to the full build.
Do we need an internal AI or engineering team?
No — and this is intentional. Lumynate AI™ is designed to work with whatever internal capability you have. Phase I helps us understand your team’s AI readiness. Phase IV is specifically designed to build internal capability so you’re not dependent on external support indefinitely. Many clients come to us with no internal AI team and leave Phase IV with trained staff and a documented ops playbook they can run themselves.
How long until we see ROI?
Most clients see measurable impact during Phase III — before the engagement is complete. We define success metrics in Phase II, so we’re measuring from the moment a feature goes live. Typical timelines: first measurable impact at 8–12 weeks from engagement start. Full ROI against investment at 6–18 months depending on scope.

Absolutely — and this is one of the most common situations we walk into. Phase I maps your current AI tool usage against actual workflow impact.
